We came from the operating side of the auto business. We lived this problem — spreadsheets that fell apart under multi-rooftop volume, status emails nobody responded to, write-offs that were recoverable if someone had owned them. Generic claims software didn’t know what a VIN was. Carrier software was built for insurance companies, not dealers.

ClaimsPointe is the software we needed. It’s built around the claims dealers actually run: loaner and courtesy vehicle damage, lot and valet damage, body shop VIN tracking, subrogation recovery, and litigation management. It’s designed for the dealer’s side of the claim, not the carrier’s.

Automotive dealership operations is the first. We start with the problem — claims — and intend to expand within the operating context dealers live in every day.
